In this session, I present an overview of my work focusing on acupuncture and cancer survivorship. Key topics will include:

  • Introduction to the Cancer Survivorship Pathway.
  • A model of acupuncture for improving long-term health and wellbeing and developing resilience.
  • Safe practice of acupuncture for people with or at-risk of lymphedema.
  • Recommendations for the safe practice of acupuncture in cancer care.

This session provides a distillation of my nearly 3 decades of work in integrative oncology, and is an introduction to later modules that will be presented on White Pine Circle.
