In this 4 class series, Holly Leever, LAc & FAMM will guide women in learning to track and chart the menstrual cycle using an extremely detailed form of the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM).
In the method that Holly teaches, waking temperature (basal body temperature), cervical mucus, cervical position and body sensations are used to assess the cycle as a whole.
The menstrual cycle chart is a tool that we can use to assess the state of natural fertility and root causes of menstrual cycle issues.
When we learn to assess waking temperature in a detailed way, this information can give us so much more information than simply when ovulation occurs. We can uncover metabolic and thyroid function issues, nutrient depletions or other issues we may otherwise not have been aware of.
Tracking cervical mucus using a specific and detailed method can help us to understand cervical health, vaginal health, nutrient deficiencies, gut issues, suboptimal hormone levels and more!
Learning FAM can empower women to take their fertility into their own hands (literally). FAM can help to uncover better body literacy, be used as a safe and effective form of natural pregnancy prevention or to prepare for pregnancy!
