Join Master Somatic Movement Therapist Donna Brooks (MSME-T, C-IYAT) for a 3 hour walking workshop.
Learning to walk without pain is a skill that can be taught and learned at any age and the benefits are far-reaching - in many cases, life changing.
By simply and pleasurably revisiting the movements that "lead up" to optimal walking. Using experiential movement and anatomy text, Donna will guide you into efficient and effective gait. She breaks walking down simply - offering lessons on rotation, balance and propulsion.
